( 5 ) If you violate this agreement or the service terms of Justfitness , Justfitness has the right to take one or more of the following measures:
1. Take technical measures to delete, block or disconnect relevant information;
2. Modify, restrict, suspend or terminate all or part of the membership services;
3. Collect liquidated damages, and offset any fees, points or rights that you have paid but not used to offset the liquidated damages; if the liquidated damages are not enough to compensate for the losses, you will be further required to compensate for the losses.

You understand and agree that Justfitness will process and protect your personal information in accordance with the Agreement of Justfitness Privacy Policy.
Justfitness has the right to suspend or terminate the membership service provided to you in the following circumstances : 1. The interpretation, validity and dispute resolution of this agreement shall be governed by the laws and regulations of the mainland of the People's Republic of China. Any dispute over the content of this agreement or its implementation shall be resolved through friendly negotiation; if the negotiation fails, all parties to the dispute agree to submit the dispute to the Shanghai Arbitration Commission for arbitration in accordance with its arbitration rules. The arbitration award is final and legally binding on all parties.
